Please Note: Do not sign your declaration form until the customs agent asks you to at the border.

Please Note: If you or someone in your group has been charged with DUI in the past and the border officer asks if you have had any drinking and driving related offences, be honest and polite at all times. Three things can happen. He/she lets you through or they ask you to pay a $250 offender registration fee. If you start getting belligerent the border officer will tell you to turn around and go home. They do not take crap from anybody and have zero tolerance!!!! If someone in your party has a DUI and a big ego to match, leave them at home. Thousands of people are denied entry every year.

The best thing to do is get a pardon before coming to Ontario.
